I loved working with this sweet family.  I love when families bring  hand made items that they want in the session.  It makes it so much more sentimental.  I also love when parents ask me to keep stork bites on baby and not remove them.  While this might make a softer photo, I feel like it takes away from the newness baby and all that they were when they were born.

So little Gabriella came to visit with me a few weeks ago.  I got to see her big brother all grown up.  I did his photos when he was just a wee one.  It’s so fun to see  him grow up and become big brother!  I love the way so many of her photos turned out.  Other than have projectile poop the very first frame, she was a little angel and so much fun to photograph!

I LOVE little Aurelia!  She came to this Earth with a headful and I mean A headful of beautiful dark hair!  She takes after her beautiful mother on that one.  I got to do fresh 48 and Newborn photos with her and she was just delightful!  I am slightly behind on posting because I’ve had a lot of other things going on so I apologize for that but with out further ado… Introducing baby Aureila!

I am so far behind in posting.  Things have been pretty busy this summer, but that shouldn’t be an excuse.  I know my clients look forward to seeing their photos up on the blog and I am happy to oblige!  This was such a fun session.  I have know Colt and Olivia for a few years.  I did their engagement photos several years back.  So I was honored when they asked me to do fresh 48 and newborn photos for them.  I’ll post the newborn photos soon.  But just check out the hair on this little one!  She’s just gorgeous!

This couple faced one of the hardest experiences of their lives when little Vivian was born almost 3 months early.  Not being able to bring your newborn home with you from the hospital is one of the hardest things to do.  I remember when I had to do this with my last child.  It just doesn’t feel right to leave your little one in the hands of someone else.  Even though logically you know that they are in the best hands possible, it is still hard leaving them there.

Little Vivian spent 56 days in the NICU but now she is doing wonderfully and what a cutie she is!  See for yourself.
