Follow up LOSEIT! |Nashville photographer

So I posted about the new app that I found called LOSEIT! here and I wanted to follow up on it because I LOVE it!  It has been so easy to track activity and calories.  The great thing about it is that you can not program it for you to lose more than 2 pounds per week and you can go down to as little as half pound per week if you want.  I think it is such a good way to train yourself to eat right. It is not a quick fix!  And you don’t magically drop a bunch of weight and then gain it right back. Of course you can always burn more calories by working out and drop a little more if you eat less than the alotted calories.   It’s work… but it really enables you to take control… you want to eat a little more then add some more exercise!

If you haven’t had  chance to check it out, you really should.  One thing that I have found since I started using it is that I LOVE Spaghetti squash, it is low in calories and very filling and super easy to prepare.  And Ruby Tuesday’s just happens to have a few great low calorie dishes and you can get the spaghetti squash as a side! Yum! Oh and p.s. I’ve lost 2 pounds in 2 weeks and my friend who is doing it with me has lost 5!

My mom has been using that site also…she loves it. It reminds me of weight watchers so much! It’s all about being honest with your self and true to what you really want to be. No one can do it for you…you have to want it.
