So the first week of school is over and the kids have all survived.. phewww! Saydie is loving Southern Utah, and has joined every single club they have, I think, lol. So far she is enjoying her classes although she has a lot of homework… she better get used to it because as we all know there is a lot more where that came from! Cody has survived his first week of his Junior year. Its hard to believe my baby is almost done with high school. I can’t believe how fast the years have flown by! He has promised to take his grades seriously this year but with all the distractions (GIRLS) I’m not so sure that’s gonna happen. However, his driver’s license is hanging in the balance so we are hoping that gives him a little insentive! Kayla has started back to SLCC for a few extra classes while she prepares for her mission in the spring. She is a busy bee for sure… I have no idea where she gets that from, lol!!!
Now that the house is quiet again, I am using the opportunity to take some more online classes and improve my craft. Plus we got 4 bags of peaches off our tree (YAY) so I guess I might try canning a few this year! The weather is starting to cool off pretty quickly now and it looks like we will be seeing some fall weather soon. It won’t be long before we can get some awesome fall colors in pictures. I am so excited for that!
