It is one of the hardest programs I have ever done and if you are trying to build endurance, I say definitely go for it! We both improved quite a bit on our speed and… no comments I LOVE summer. I love those pictures. I am a fan of summer too. I get cold really easy and hate feeling like I need to wear 3 layers of clothes. Are your “boys” back from Moab yet? I bet they were WARM!
