1. Photography… I honestly can’t believe I waited this long to make it my business! 2. Babies… There is nothing like the sweetness of a brand new life… I am loving all these new born babies I get to photograph because I probably won’t get to be a grandma for a while. 3.  Flash Forward… […]

Wendy, your pictures are fantastic! I LOVE this one of the baby in the scale! I’ve been reading through some of your older posts and just wanted to say thanks for the reality check. You are right, the time with my kids is going by fast…Lets just say that you’ve posted some great advice and I really appreciate it. Thank you. I’m going to do better and slow down!

I didn’t know you loved photography but you are really talented and I am a huge fan of your pictures! Have a great day!!

Ok so I go up and down with my motivation to work out and eat right.  Not really so much the working out part… for some odd reason I love to work out, lol.   But my eating habits can be horrible at times!  I can do really good for weeks at a time and […]

Having someone to help you eat and live better is a great idea. That is truly why I still go to my weight watchers meetings. They just give me good motivation to keep doing good. They have great ideas on food, working out, and good mental health. I often lack in the mental part, negative thoughts can really get ya! Can’t wait to see you picture…by the way I love Jillian!

Ok, I can’t help it… I have teenage envy!  Oh to be young and have great skin!  I can’t even believe what beautiful glowing skin this young woman has.  And what a contagious smile and beautiful sparkling eyes…. love it! (see below) I know I missed Friday and I have to apologize for that.. it […]

Beautiful photos, Wendy! I am so impressed with your ‘mad skills.’

My kids made up a game called “toilet tag”. You play it just like regular freeze tag, but you have to put your arm straight out when you get tagged. And when someone comes to unfreeze you you have to make a “flush” sound!

I’ve decided it is much more difficult to have a theme for the day, than to just write whatever is on your mind!  We have had a lot going on here at the Carter house lately.  Saydie  tried out and made the SUU dance team.  I am very sad she will be clear down in […]

I heard a quote the other day that I thought I would pass along. “The days as a stay at home mom with lots of little ones running around are LONG, but the years are short.”

I am just entering that stage of mothering when they are all wanting to grow up so fast and have more freedom. Because of moms like you I know I to will survive 🙂

I honestly planned on getting up early so I could write on the blog, but as you can see my motivation was wavering a little…. ok a lot!  The sunshine was very intoxicating and I just couldn’t resist….. Well, I wish that was my excuse because the weather was lovely!  However, I did not get […]

Hi Wendy – Thanks so much for coming to my blog and leaving me your thoughts and advice! His server took down his website, but since then he has switched to a new server and is up and running again with my picture and many others still on his site. Channel 4 news came and interviewed me last night – we’ll see how that goes – as I am much better behind the camera 😉 I still don’t know if it is worth it for me to press charges, but I am keeping it in the back of my mind…we’ll see. Thanks again for your support!

BTW – You rocked these shots! Absolutely beautiful!
